Ceramics Workshop from Scratch

Participate in a creative and relaxing ceramics workshop where you will have the opportunity to model and decorate your own piece in clay, at your own pace and with expert technical guidance.

Lasting approximately 3 hours, the workshop allows you to explore the entire creative process: from modeling the piece, through an intermediate drying time, to painting, texturing, and final finishes. The extended time ensures a complete and unhurried experience.

The workshop begins with an introduction to basic ceramic techniques , followed by a hands-on demonstration. From there, each participant creates their own piece with continuous support from the instructor, adapting the process to their experience level and personal style.

You can choose from different model pieces, with varying levels of complexity:

• Cup or mug, using the pinch pot technique (manual shaping with the fingers) roller – medium complexity.
• Plate or bowl, made using the plate and mold cutting technique – low to medium complexity.
• Free-form object, combining pinch pot, board and vertical construction – medium to high complexity.

All materials are included: clay, basic tools, bases and supports, decorative elements, as well as technical assistance throughout the entire process. The workshop also includes two firings: bisque firing and high-temperature firing with glaze, guaranteeing a durable and high-quality final finish.

At the end, you will receive a paper briefing with care instructions and information about the ceramic process. The pieces will be fired after the workshop and can be picked up later.
