. Store collection
At the end of your purchase in the online store, you can select the “Pick up in store” option. With this service, you can go to our physical store at Rua da Bainharia, nº135, 4050-084, Porto, next to Sé do Porto and São Bento station, to collect your order. After your purchase, you will be notified via e-mail that your order is ready for collection.

. Order confirmation
After completing your order, you will receive an e-mail confirming your purchase and the transaction made, which you should save.
The order will only be processed once Domus Arte has confirmed the transaction.

If you wish to make a complaint about the delivery or the package, you should contact CTT directly, including photographs to prove this.

Deliveries are processed within 72 hours of payment confirmation. Once dispatched, they will take a maximum of two working days to arrive.
