. Delivery complaints
If you wish to make a complaint about the delivery or the package, you should contact CTT directly, including photographs to prove this.



. Order tracking
All our orders are sent by registered mail via CTT.
Once delivered to the carrier, we notify the customer by e-mail that the order has been sent. You can track your order using the code you will receive in this e-mail.

. Refunds

Orders can only be refunded by the same means of payment used for payment, without prejudice to the customer, within a maximum of 14 days.
