How long are the workshops?
The duration of the workshops varies depending on the activity. On average, each workshop lasts between 2 and 3 hours.
How can I make my reservation?
When you open the page of the workshop you want to purchase, you will see the booking button. This way, when you purchase your experience, you can immediately make your reservation for the date and time you want. Our booking is quick and immediate and does not require prior confirmation of availability.
Are the workshops suitable for groups?
Yes, our workshops are perfect for groups, including corporate events, birthday parties and other celebrations. Please contact us for large group bookings.
Can I participate in the workshops alone?
Of course! Our workshops are ideal for both individuals and groups. Come and explore your creativity and meet new people. You will never feel alone!
Where are the workshops held?
We have two locations where we hold our workshops:

What materials are included?
All materials needed for the workshops are included in the price. You just need to bring curiosity and a lot of desire to learn!
Are the workshops suitable for beginners?
Yes, all of our workshops are designed to accommodate both beginners and more experienced participants.
What is the language of the workshops?
Workshops are held in English, except for the possibility of privatization in Portuguese. You can take with you a newsletter about the history of the workshop in English or Portuguese.
What happens if I arrive late?
We recommend arriving a little early to make the most of the experience. If you are late, we will do our best to fit you into the workshop without interrupting the other participants. If this is not possible, we will try to accommodate you at another time.
Can I privatize the experience with my group?
Yes, workshops can be privatized subject to availability. Please contact us to discuss options.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations made up to 48 hours before the workshop start will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will not be refunded.

What is Domus Arte?
Domus Arte is a concept store located in the heart of Porto, combining local crafts with creative experiences, such as cooking and art workshops. We are passionate about promoting authenticity and talent, offering exclusive products and unique experiences.
Where is Domus Arte located?
We are located at Rua da Bainharia nº135, 4050-084, Porto, in the historic area of the city, close to Porto Cathedral and São Bento station.
What can I find at Domus Arte?
At Domus Arte, you will find a selection of Portuguese handicrafts, exclusive design pieces and a schedule of creative workshops, available from Monday to Sunday.
Can I buy the products online?
Yes, you can purchase our products through our website domusarteporto.com or in our physical store.
What are the store's opening hours?
Our physical store is open Monday through Friday from 10am to 7pm and Saturdays from 10am to 6pm. We are closed to the public on Sundays and holidays, open only for scheduled workshops.

Do you accept exchanges or returns?
Yes, we accept exchanges or returns within 14 days of purchase, upon presentation of proof of purchase. Custom or made-to-order products are not eligible for return, nor are products that have been opened or used.
What are the payment methods?
You can pay via PayPal and credit card: Visa or MasterCard. When you select to pay via PayPal, you will be redirected to login to the platform and authorize the payment. If you do not have an account, you can open one to complete the order. Payments via MB Way will be available soon.
Can I buy products without paying shipping costs?
When completing your purchase in the online store, you can select the "Collect in store" option. With this service, you can go to our physical store, located at Rua da Bainharia, nº135, 4050-084, Porto, next to the Porto Cathedral and São Bento station, to collect your order. After your purchase, you will be notified, via email, that your order is ready for collection.
What is the shipping time for orders?
Orders are shipped within 72 hours after payment confirmation. We are committed to meeting the deadline stipulated in coordination with the brands we work with.
